Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is directed to the Minister of Education. It is in regard to the Arctic College board. As we all know, there is a board in place to look at issues involving Arctic College and education and the development of the residents of the Northwest Territories. Mr. Speaker, I believe the college board has been meeting, but not with a full quorum. I, for one, feel that we have to seriously ensure that all people of the North are represented on this board because this matter does have an effect on the ability of our colleges to ensure that their issues are being raised and that the residents of the North are being ensured that their voices are being heard. I would like to ask the Minister, when will he ensure that they have a full compliance by having all the seats of this board filled?
