Mr. Chairman, the objective of negotiating is to reduce the amount of government contribution as much as possible, if we were able. For example, for the company to pay $50,000, then it would reduce this amount by that and we would lapse some money in this category. If we are not successful in negotiating a contribution up front, but the company wants to use the road, then we might have to look at other ways of negotiating a fee, for example, a toll. However, we do not stop negotiating just because the money is identified here. Thank you.
