Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question is for the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment and it is regarding special needs. It is my understanding that there was a survey on special needs being conducted over the spring. I would like to ask the Minister if he would confirm if that was, indeed, the case that they conducted a special needs survey?
