Mr. Speaker, yes, if memory serves me correct, and again I stand to be corrected because I have to go by memory here, Mr. Speaker, I believe that a single mother with a child up to age three is a productive choice. I believe that a mother with two children up to age six is a productive choice. I go by memory on that, Mr. Speaker.
