Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I would like to recognize Ms. Pat Thomas, possibly for the last time. She is going to be retiring. I would like to thank Pat for her commitment to the teachers of the Northwest Territories and also her commitment to overseeing procedures in this House day in and day out.
