Mr. Chairman, would the Minister consider making the commitment to manage the funds in other areas of the department so that, should the fire year come in under $12 million, even if it is over the $8.6 million, that he will endeavour to find the money from within his department and only come back to the House for a supplementary for that portion that might be above the average spending on fires for the past 12 years, which is over $12 million.
