Mr. Chairman, the one thing I would say then is that since the boards are typically responsible for the nurses in the communities, I would hope the department would look at a way to examine what we are doing in community wellness or population health initiatives and make sure there is some way found to give the boards the means to better support nurses and CHRs to deliver population health programs in the communities.
