Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I think we are all aware that there is a jurisdictional question with regard to this matter, because we do not have jurisdiction over labour and mining and all that. Aside from that, Mr. Speaker, I would argue that there is room for the federal government to manoeuvre, because they were a part of this transaction. Would the Premier take the responsibility of raising this issue directly with the DIAND Minister or the Prime Minister, and ask them if they could work out a special arrangement that fits this process?
