Mahsi cho, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question today is for the Minister responsible for Transportation and it is dealing with volunteer firefighters for the airports in the Northwest Territories.

My understanding is most of the volunteer firefighters for the airports in the Northwest Territories outside of regional centres are the volunteer firefighters for the community, which is a MACA issue. So my first question for the Minister is what is the relationship between the Department of Transportation and the Department of Municipal and Community Affairs when addressing the needs of the airports?
