Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My questions this afternoon are for the Minister of Transportation and relate to my statement about highways earlier today.
Could the Minister of Transportation tell us whether or not the unsolicited proposal that was made by the Deton'Cho Corporation and RTL to advance the construction on Highway No. 3 was given any consideration by his department?
