Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, in my Member's statement I spoke of day care programs and subsidies. I would like to know from the Minister what is required of an organization or an outfit that would establish a day care program, or a day care home? What are the requirements that need to be met and how are they monitored? Thank you.
