As I have stated, Mr. Speaker, the qualifications really are anyone, a family if both parents are working, or a single parent with children if they are working or going to school, and have inadequate income to meet the day care costs, those are the individuals this is meant for. The maximum, I believe, income earnings is up to $36,000 and then it tops out at about the mid-$60,000, Mr. Speaker.

In other words, the max is at, I believe it is in the mid-30's, $35,000 to $36,000, somewhere in there, and then it cuts off when the income earner is at about the mid-$60,000 in earnings.
