Thank you, Mr. Chairman. A second amendment:
I MOVE that clause 4 of Bill 13 be amended by deleting proposed section 2.24 and by substituting the following:
2.24For the purpose of computing an individual's tax payable under this part for a taxation year, there may be deducted an amount equal to the specific percentage of the amount that the individual may deduct under section 118.3 of the federal act for that taxation year.
