Mr. Chairman,
I MOVE that Bill 13 be amended by adding the following after clause 5:
5.1The following provision be amended by striking out "subsection 3(5)" and by substituting "section 2.1":
(a) paragraph 6.1(6)(b);
(b) subparagraphs 26(2)(a)(ii) and (iii) and that portion of subsection 26(2) following paragraph (b);
(c) paragraphs 56(17)(a) and (b).
