I certainly appreciate the comment and the question because we want to put emphasis on training the volunteer firefighters to meet the ever-growing demands, the different type of structures coming into the North. There are very different building methods so we did get prepared for that, as well as trying to update our fire brigades on some of the new technology that is being introduced into the North as well.
