Mr. Chairman, Supplementary Appropriation, No. 3 requests authority for the additional operations expenditures appropriations of $124,00 for the Legislative Assembly. This request is being made to comply with the authorization process for over-expenditures of appropriations as stated in the Financial Administration Act.

The over-expenditure was attributed to the re-evaluation of the capital lease on the Legislative Assembly building during the implementation of the tangible capital assets system.
