I would like to ask the Minister, as this issue is something that does not recognize any boundaries, it crosses over many departments that may view having this responsibility, I would like to ask the Minister if he is working with any other departments to develop a coordinated approach to deal with the issues of crime prevention and by-law enforcement, specifically the Department of Justice?
