Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Those are very good programs and I encourage the department to continue to support those programs. Youth need to get together to plan for their future. However, I am concerned with the lack of infrastructure in the communities. My colleague, Mr. McLeod, spoke about the need for by-law officers in our communities because there is more and more trouble. I believe that is because there is less and less to do in our communities every day. What is his department doing to create infrastructure so that they could be utilized by the youth of our communities, Mr. Speaker? Thank you.
