Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I do not have any specific details on the actual costs or assessments, but the principle is to get our regional superintendents to begin to communicate with the communities and help them work through it. We are also trying to work interdepartmentally with other departments to try and buddy-up or cost share on several of the initiatives that we can. I will give an example: the community roads. People may want to work with the Department of Transportation when they are doing some rehabilitation to roads and we will continue to keep those communities that Transportation or ourselves are in, to allow them to begin some formal discussions.
