Mr. Speaker, I would like to know:

Where is there a policy that limits the access or use of gravel pits in the Northwest Territories?
If there is no policy, then why is the department both suggesting the use of the airport site and then denying the airport site?
Who would provide permission for access to gravel sites located on the Department of Transportation land with regard to other employment? Also, what role does headquarters play in that decision?
