Canada as well as the Akaitcho Territory First Nations are negotiating schedules that relate to the federal jurisdiction.

The nature of the Interim Measures Agreement is that while negotiations are going on, what type of interim measures will be put in place on the lands that the Akaitcho Territory is negotiating.
