Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Handley indicated that much of the work had taken place prior to the summer assemblies and in fact, quite a bit prior to that. It had been ongoing for some time. I wonder then when the quantified work plan was provided to the FMB with this tentative budget. Was it six, eight, ten months ago, a year ago in order to have come before the work was undertaken?
