Mr. Chairman, I think what the Premier had said was that we would look at a way, following advice from the Members, of having a more coordinated approach to our energy initiatives. What we are talking about here is a supplementary appropriation for the current year, so we have to look at it in this format. Certainly from whenever a decision is made as to how we are going to structure it, then it would appear in whatever that new structure would be, but this one we have to deal with because it deals with this current year.
