Mr. Speaker, no, we will not give an annual cutting license or a longer-term permit for anyone unless we are sure that the harvesting being requested is within sustainable levels. We would not give it to anyone until that allowable cut is determined. I believe the Member is right, although I would have to check on the exact guidelines, but I believe that there is a requirement for consultation with communities as part of that process. Thank you.
