Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I do not think I am getting through at all, with all the statements I had made, all the questions I had. I do not understand. I have to tell the Minister there is no stakeholder he can pay enough to say this is fixable. Will the Minister not go to Cabinet and say, "Okay, you guys. Enough money to the Executive, enough money to RWED, let's get some money in Transportation." Would he do that, Mr. Speaker?
