Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The Department of Transportation, in bringing forward legislation, would provide both communities and the general public with broad information and specific information regarding the change in legislation, in this case, the removal of the exemptions and the restriction in riding in the back of a pick-up truck. This would be done with letters to each of the communities in the Northwest Territories explaining the option available with regard to bringing forward by-laws, and similarly to the general public through a media advertising and some pamphlets that would be issued broadly to the public. This would ensure that there would be broad communication as with previous amendments the department has brought forward through the Motor Vehicles Act. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
