If the boards do not have that information, then we will not know why they do not stay in the communities where the smaller boards are. I notice that most of the turnovers are in the smaller boards. I am sure if you went to Stanton and you asked those nurses where they were before, they were probably in the smaller community. That is probably where all the nurses are. The ones who leave Yellowknife are the ones who are going south. It is not very hard to track.
