Mr. Speaker, I would like to table a letter I received from the students of Arctic College campus in Fort McPherson requesting that the funding be going to students be paid and administered through the local authority, through the income support program or the Gwich'in education and training program, and students be paid on a biweekly basis, every second Tuesday.
