Thank you, Mr. Chairman. In terms of the deficits that are projected in some instances, for instance, in the situation of the Stanton Regional Health Board, we were able to ventilate the forced-growth pressures that contributed to a portion of their deficit. That is included in the main estimates.

In other instances where we do not have the detailed information or substantiation for the cause of the deficit or the impact of the recovery plan, those amounts are not included in the current main estimates and, if necessary, will be subject to a request for supplementary appropriation, depending upon what the cause of the deficit was determined to be and what the solutions were.
