Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I would just like to repeat, in terms of the estimated total project, the cost now is $4 million as opposed to the original $3.5 million. That is over the life of the project to completion. So there is, in fact, an estimated increase of the overall cost of $500,000. That is why the value and engineering and other processes are going on to try to live within budget, if possible. There has been no loss of funding to the overall project. Whatever is not expended this year on the project would be subject to a carry over for the following year. So the money would be available for the completion of the project in subsequent years.
