Mr. Speaker, the role of the department is that we are the funding agency that provides funding to the municipalities, so that they themselves have good operation of both their water and sewer programs. We work in cooperation with the Department of Health and Social Services, who really is responsible for the water guidelines. We also work with Public Works and Services, who manages several water sources in the communities, if that answers the Member's question. Thank you.
