Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I would just like to get clarification. As I understand it, the department is responsible for safety regulations. The deputy minister is now telling me that it is up to the contractor to do it. I do not see it as the contractors. The department has to make the contractor do it or else they would put the signs up themselves. This is a safety issue. The contractor has gone south. He is not going to be back until the end of March. Are the signs going to be there until he is back? I just do not understand this.
