Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the Minister of Finance, in responses to questions here about getting this out to residents of the Northwest Territories in the most timely fashion, it was first announced in his budget speech. However, there must have been some time before he put it into the budget speech and some planning must have gone into that.

He stated that next week he wants application forms to be out to all communities in the Territories. What time next week is it? Is it the first of the week or near the end of the week? In fact, do we have much time at all to discuss this as Members of the Assembly? Thank you.
