Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My worry is that these are suggestions for him to ignore and not to improve the program. It really does not matter what we say. I am absolutely fed up with that, Mr. Speaker.
Mr. Speaker, I ask again, will the Minister have a full, real, honest and respectful consultation with the Members of this House on the details of this program? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
