In terms of lease rates in both Enterprise and the Fort Providence situation, we will be sending people into the community to get into the details and find out what the issue is. This is one that was fairly newly raised with us. I just learned about it at the end of last week. So we will send our people in and work with the community to resolve it. Just to point out, one of the reasons we left the money with no reductions going into place this year is so these kinds of unique situations could be dealt with one-on-one. Thank you.
