Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my understanding of the trust fund is that it is a vehicle or a mechanism that we would use as a way of ensuring the public that we are spending the money raised through the tolls on highway reconstruction, repair and so on. Legally, it is not required, but I think it is a good way of ensuring everybody that we are not using the money elsewhere. Thank you.
