Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is for the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment, the Honourable Jake Ootes. In the November sitting of the House, I asked the Minister whether recovering earned monies the department considers to be earned income for the income support recipients was decided as a result of legal advice, or whether it was the department's interpretation of the Social Assistance Act. In early February, the Minister informed me that he was having the social assistance regulations legally interpreted to ensure they are being correctly administered with regard to IBAs. I would like to ask the Minister if he can tell me if he and the department have received an interpretation yet? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
