Thank you, Mr. Speaker. We have set out a method in how we can achieve that. We had stated on Friday that we would look at it, if they want to exchange one capital project for another. For instance, we said if we wanted to exchange moving up their curling rink for a piece of heavy equipment they have on their five-year capital plan schedule, we are prepared to consult with the community to see if that is a feasible exchange.
