I would like to ask the Minister again, given that we have an October implementation, that is not many months from now and customers may be looking at a significant impact on their freight bills and need some time for planning, for cash flow, for the impact on their business, will the Minister look at releasing some information as early as possible to give businesses some sense of the magnitude of what is coming down the pipe?
