Thank you, Mr. Chairman. This modest amount is just an initial step towards improving the workplace in the GNWT. We do think that the people who are in the best position to tell us what we need to do to make the workplace a better environment are our employees. This initial money is to set up a series of focus groups and sessions with employees throughout the Territories, and with their union representatives, to work through what changes should be made to the workplace and what priority should be assigned to those changes.
