Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the Territorial Women's Correctional Centre in Fort Smith is a territorial correctional facility. It is not a Fort Smith facility. Therefore, as Cabinet, we have the responsibility to ensure that the programs are run, not only in the Fort Smith Women's Correctional Centre, but also in Hay River and Yellowknife. We are also building new facilities in Inuvik for the youth. Throughout the whole system, we have to identify people who we think are suitable for positions in management. We will continue to do so.
