We hope that by working jointly with aboriginal governments and the private sector, we can make our $1 million contribution towards training and employment that would be worth $3 million, for example. This is meant to encourage others to ante up in terms of their contribution. If we do not contribute, then there is a very limited amount that the private sector will do, nor will the aboriginal governments.
