Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, of course this was signed by the Premier on behalf of the Executive Council and was an intention to provide money to the department. That is why I directed the question to the person who actually signed the MOU, but since he has referred it, I guess I would like to ask the Minister responsible for Education if he would be prepared to table the calculations that led us to believing that we would spend $4.6 million in the first year.
