Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, a few minutes ago I had an opportunity to speak about Tom Eagle and I would like to recognize him in the gallery today. I have known Tom for many years and I have admired the work he does and what he stands for as an individual. Please help me welcome Mr. Tom Eagle.
