Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I guess my major concern is that we do not want to set up anything that would help southern businesses come up here and set up so-called storefront operations, and maybe make it tougher for local businesses to compete. Those are my major concerns and the concerns that were expressed to me during this. I would suspect that the department has done due diligence in making sure that the amendments that are being made here are not opening the door to southern firms, making it easier to come in and compete with local businesses.
