Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question today is for the Minister responsible for the Power Corporation. I think in all of this confusion about the directive and whether there was clarity or not, my main concern is that in my opinion, a very good board is now no longer doing the good work of the Northwest Territories people.

I would like to ask the Minister how the internal Cabinet directive was transmitted to the Power Corporation. The Premier has indicated that it was conveyed in some form. I would like some clarity about how the internal directive was transmitted to the Power Corporation, the August 6th directive.
