Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I think it is great to do reports such as the Robinson report with regard to energy initiatives, but at the end of the day, it is not us that determines the power rates in the Northwest Territories. It is the Public Utilities Board. I would like to ask the Minister, will he be submitting another submission to the NWT Power Corporation to submit to the Public Utilities Board to allow for broad consultation on all aspects dealing with energy initiatives, regardless if it is a one-rate zone or with respect to community based rates, so that we can at least have a chance to have a public debate? Because of the situation we find ourselves in right now, will the Minister allow that to take place?
