Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, can the Minister tell me exactly what his understanding is of what is meant by the public interest of the Executive to interfere with a process that is possibly in the best interest of the residents of the Northwest Territories instead of the interests of the government? Does he have a definition of what is meant by Cabinet's right to interfere in a process that is not in the eyes of the government the right thing to do, but in the eyes of the public was the right thing to do?
