Yes, Mr. Speaker, my direction to the Power Corporation has been to conduct thorough consultation in the communities. Those are the people that pay the power bills. If they want to ask questions about any particular rate structure -- and I am sure there are not just two, there are all sorts of options -- that they go to the communities, they hold the discussions and be as thorough as they can, given the time limits that the Public Utilities Board will probably place on them.
