Mr. Speaker, the Power Corporation will be filing an application based on the community by community rate structure, as well as any directives that were not issued when the Public Utilities Board last decided on an application. I think there were several of them. Then the Public Utilities Board process is one that is open to the public by nature. There is opportunity for intervenors. People, when they prepare to intervene or are considering intervening, will want to know more about what does this application really mean. What does it mean to our community? They may have other options that they want to look at. The Power Corporation has the information, and what information they have available will be open to communities to help them to better understand the impact of the community-by-community rate application they put forward. That may mean someone will say, what is the advantage of this over this? I do not know what the question could be, but we have an obligation to do what we can to help the public understand it. Thank you.
